Day 17 – Water is the source of life
Whether you hate it or you love you need this! The recommended intake is 8 cups per day but I guess that depends on a range of factors such as the weather.
I thought I will write about water since it was a really warm spring day in Melbourne (28). After weeks long of high teens this was considered really really warm and signs that summer is just around the corner. Seeing it was warm, i think we all need an extra bit of water.
So drink up!
