Day 24 – fruit and nuts
Conforming to my recent good healthy habits…some fruit and nut are perfect way to snack although just make sure you don’t have too much. Even though they are good for you it is still high in kilojoules… :(
Now trying random food of the day... A random collection of mostly my food experiences of trial and error and using up leftovers. Also trying new places where I haven't been to. :D
