Fruit – Grapefruit

Day 23 – Grapefruit

Trying to be more healthier (well just eating less rubbish than usual), I started my day today with a grapefruit. Now this variety was ruby red and surprisingly it is red inside and not boring yellow.

It was actually rather bitter, more so than ones that I have had in the past…hmmm…but still nice and fresh tasting. I guess it is this bitterness rather than so sweetness that makes it good. :D
